Wellness Coaching Services

I have a passion for helping others visualize and meet their goals. Sometimes we know what we want but are unsure what steps to take to get there. I want to help you live your best life through a personalized plan for success.

Currently, I have a few options for what this can look like for you. Each plan comes with a set number of meetings each month and is geared toward a three month process. The length of time we work together can vary depending on your individual needs. Let me share my knowledge and support you in your journey to realizing your potential.

Plans

All plans would require an initial meeting where you complete screeners for common mental health problems that may be better addressed through counseling. Due to the nature of coaching practice, I am unable to diagnose or treat mental health disorders. I do have training in counseling and I am currently working toward licensure in this field, but I am not currently licensed and will be unable to provide the services included in a therapeutic relationship. Our work together will focus on goal setting and meeting goals. In the initial meeting we will also work on coming up with your big goal and some smaller goals, go over the details about coaching, and plan out future meetings to keep you moving forward.

Plan A includes

  • 8 video chat or in person 60-minute meetings
  • Bi-weekly 15-minute check ins
  • Upgrades on 4 of your check-ins from 15-minutes to 30-minute video chat or phone calls
  • Access to your Coach seven days a week via email
  • Daily motivational texts

Plan B includes

  • 5 video chat or in person 60-minute meetings
  • Bi-weekly 15-minute check ins
  • Access to your Coach seven days a week via email
  • Daily motivational texts

Plan C includes

  • 4 video chat or in person 60-minute meetings
  • Weekly 15-minute check ins
  • Access to your Coach seven days a week via email
  • Daily motivational texts

Plan D includes

  • One video chat or phone 30-minute meeting
  • Two 15-minute check ins
  • Access to your Coach seven days a week via email
  • Daily motivational texts
